It usually takes no longer than 45 minutes from Fiumicino Airport. Ciampino Airport generally takes less than 40 minutes. These times are only a guide, and depend upon traffic levels and your exact destination.
We always suggest to book the car from 45 minutes to 1 hour earlier than the time you would be at the airport.

Sometimes it can be useful to know how to get to a Terminal, from another. If you need it, it is only around five minutes' walk between Terminals 1, 2 and 3. It is a very easy walk.

A courtesy shuttle links Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and runs every 20 minutes. Terminal 5 is served by shuttle bus connecting with Terminal 3. Terminal 3 is connected to its satellite by automatic train.

The only extras are: In the case of night service (scheduled arrival time or departure pickup time from 22:30 to 06:00) there will be a surcharge of 9 Eur; 5 Eur extra charge for credit card payment.

Your transfer must be paid in cash (Euro) directly to the driver when you reach your destination. If you want to pay by credit card 5 Euro of extra will be charged.

The transfer options are priced according to the number of passengers. A sedan is used for 1-3 passengers. If you have little luggage (4 handbags for example) you can reserve a sedan, even if you are four people ... you stay a little closer. If there are more than 4 passengers then we would recommend a minivan vehicle which can carry 5 people, a van can carry 8 people. If you are 4 passengers with 4 suitecases, for example, please select a minivan.

The price options take into account the number of passengers and a reasonable amount of luggage - please see question above. If you feel that you have an unusually large amount of luggage, please select a larger vehicle. For example, if you are 4 passengers with 4 suitecases please select a minivan.

Do not worry as this is not a problem. Thanks to our Intelligent Flight Monitoring System, we will keep a check on flight times. We will see from your flight number, and information obtained from the airport if your flight has been delayed. Your driver will arrive at the airport in time for when you arrive.

You may arrange this directly with your driver. If you wish to be simply dropped off somewhere in Central Rome, there will usually be no extra charge for this. However, if you want your driver to take you to one destination and then a second destination, you will be charged extra at the local rate.

Your credit card is only required to guarantee your reservation. You pay the driver directly. Your card will NOT be charged, unless specifically asked by you.

This is your choice and you are not obliged to do so. Our prices are all inclusive.
