Getting to Rome Fiumicino Airport.

A good choice is book in advance a private airport transfer, you will have the benefit of a door-to-door service. After the flight it is a precious thing have a driver waiting for you outside the Terminal.

As an alternative it is possible to take Sabina-Fiumicino line (FM1) which stops in some of the main Roman railway stations (Tiburtina, Tuscolana, Ostiense, Trastevere) usually every 15 minutes, and on holidays, every 30 minutes. The cost is € 8,00.

BY TRAIN. The nearest rail station to “Giovan Battista Pastine” airport is Ciampino Città, connected to the airport by the buses COTRAL/SCHIAFFINI every 30 minutes. The travelling time is about 5 minutes.
Tickets, sold in the bus and on the ground, cost 1 euro.
A light metro connects Ciampino railway station to Termini railway station with an average time of 15 minutes.
BY BUS. Rome Ciampino airport can be reached via different bus routes. Daily connections between the airport and FS Roma Termini station are guaranteed by the bus services operated by ATRAL, COTRAL, SIT and TERRAVISION. The buses are parked in dedicated bus bays opposite International Departures.
